contract, legal obligation and consent for specific uses of data.
We will rely on contract if we are negotiating or have entered into a placement agreement with you or your

As a recruitment business we introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment, or independent professional
contracts. The exchange of personal data of our candidates and our client contacts is a fundamental, essential part
of this process.
To maintain, expand and develop our business we need to record the personal data of prospective candidates and
client contacts.
In order to support the requirements of our candidates and clients, we maintain a database of candidate and client
personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements.
How we use your information
All data will be stored, processed, used and disclosed by us in pursuance of legitimate business interests
which include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Your CV
- to facilitate the recruitment process whether contract or permanent
- to determine relevant roles suitable for your skill set
- to provide your information to clients in order for them to be able to assess your suitability
for prospective roles

- will be used to form the basis of the contract for services
- to enable us to interact with you on any queries you may have
- to confirm compliance to contractual obligations
- to third parties where we have been requested by you or our client to provide information

How long we hold your data for
We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and

data routines to remove data that we no longer have a legitimate business interest in maintaining. You are under

We may keep the following for up to 7 years because it appears on our financial records:

- Company Name and Address
- Transaction and payment history

suppression or deletion of your data, to ensure that we do not re-enter your personal data on to our database,
